Seemed friendly and reliable no pressure
It's rather pointless giving a review, once you purchased a car, as you never know how long it will take, for you to stumble into any problems. For me it was more a stumble, but a crash! I've saved up a good 17k for the car I purchased, no finance, just pure hard earnt savings. ( I like my month outgoings to be minimal) The car had full mercedes service history, and their was a gearbox replacement done in may, which he emphasized the car will have 'mercedes warranty'. So to me, I thought that if there was in problems, I would be covered, so I didn't take any warranty cover with himself.Driving away, and after a month, the engine light has come up. Long story short, I'm left with a 805 bill from Mercedes, I wasnt covered at all, as I'm only covered by the repairs made (gearbox).In his (Essex Cars) defence, he has tried to help me find alternatives (hence the 2 stars given, but to me, it just wasn't good enough, not even to take a loss himself, and have some contribution towards the cost of the repairs. I will just leave it at that, but just make sure you get cover from him and be detailed on what you are being covered for. Expensive learning lesson for me.
I upgraded my A3 Cabriolet to a newer and higher spec version. Bradley was great throughout from the initial viewing right through to the eventual purchase once the finances came through. Bradley was a very non pushy sales man and was very polite and patient. We viewed the car twice had two test drives and Bradley never pushed the sale once.
